Scope of Work

Project Description

Complete aluminium and glass package for a premium villa in Al Furjan. The project covered swing and sliding windows throughout, a full glass pool fence, aluminium louvre privacy screens, and a frameless glass entrance door.

The glass pool fence uses 12mm toughened safety glass with SS316 stainless steel spigots, fully compliant with Dubai Municipality pool safety standards. Aluminium louvre screens on the boundary walls provide privacy while maintaining airflow through the landscaped garden.

All aluminium windows were fabricated with thermal break profiles and argon-filled double glazing, improving the villa's thermal efficiency across the UAE's hot climate.
