Scope of Work

Project Description

Supply and installation of aluminium shade structures and louvred pergolas at a villa in Arabian Ranches. The project involved creating a fully shaded outdoor entertaining zone adjacent to the pool area, designed for Dubai's climate with adjustable shade control.

The system includes a combination of fixed and adjustable louvred structures, providing complete shade when closed and natural ventilation when open. Privacy screens were installed on the perimeter to create a secluded outdoor space.

All structures were engineered to meet UAE wind load requirements and installed with concealed drainage channels to maintain clean architectural lines.
