Scope of Work

Project Description

Design and installation of a glass-enclosed garden room and aluminium facade screens at a villa in The Meadows, Dubai. The glass room serves as an all-weather outdoor living space, fully enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a louvred aluminium roof.

The garden room uses structural aluminium framing with powder-coated finish and fully glazed walls to create a bright, climate-adaptable space usable year-round. Facade louvre screens on the villa exterior provide privacy and solar shading for west-facing elevations, significantly reducing heat gain.

The project was completed to the client's full satisfaction, with design collaboration provided from initial concept through to practical completion.
