Project Description

Commercial fit-out for a corporate office in Business Bay featuring custom aluminium baffle ceiling, full-height glass office partitions, and bespoke metal fabrication elements.

The aluminium baffle ceiling system creates a distinctive linear pattern across the main open-plan office area, with integrated lighting channels within the baffle structure. Full-height glass partitions separate executive offices from the open floor, maintaining visual connectivity while providing acoustic privacy.

All metal elements were fabricated at our Dubai workshop and installed by our technical team, with the project completed within the agreed programme.
