Project Description

Contemporary villa on Palm Jumeirah featuring frameless glass balustrade systems and large-format aluminium sliding doors opening to sea views. The project included full-height sliding systems on the ground floor, frameless glass balustrade on upper levels with SS316 marine-grade spigots, and custom mirror works in interior spaces.

The sea-facing elevation required marine-grade aluminium profiles with anodised finish and SS316 stainless steel hardware throughout, specified for salt-air resistance in the coastal Palm Jumeirah environment. The frameless glass balustrade delivers unobstructed panoramic sea views from all upper levels.

Work was phased to accommodate the client's occupancy schedule, completed outside peak hours as coordinated with villa management.
