Sun Island Villa A-42 — Aluminium Pergola

Scope of Work

Project Description

Supply and installation of a large aluminium pergola for Villa A-42 at Sun Island, Ajmal Makan City, Sharjah. The pergola features a louvered roof system with RAL-7011 powder coating, providing shade and aesthetic appeal to the villa entrance and outdoor living area. Contract awarded by AL Hanoo Contracting LLC (LPO PS-029/AHC/LPO/0494).

The structure spans 5500 x 8020mm, supported by a main structural frame of 100x200mm sections with an outer U-channel frame of 100x50mm. The aluminium louvre blades measure 20x100mm, providing effective sun shading while maintaining natural ventilation and visual openness.

All components were fabricated at our Dubai workshop and transported to site for installation. The RAL-7011 Iron Grey powder coat finish was selected by the client to complement the villa's exterior palette.
